Folder HelpDesk Permission for sub folder

Permission: when I click on either the Sent or Received tabs on the ticket, I get an error stating that I don”t have permissions to create that subfolder. But I have!

This problem is due to a bug in Outlook or Exchange and can happen if you access the public folder via the Favorites subfolder within Public Folders (see screenshot below) instead of directly from the All Public Folders folder or via the shortcut to the right in the Outlook toolbar.
