Folder HelpDesk Evaluate with existing e-mails

Evaluate with existing e-mails: is it possible to try Folder HelpDesk with some of our current support e-mails?

Yes, you can, but first they must be converted into Folder HelpDesktickets:

Copy the e-mails to a new public folder or shared mailbox

(Set permissions so that only the evaluators can access that new folder)

Install Folder HelpDesk into a new (another) public folder or shared mailbox under the one just created

Set up auto-conversion so that all the emails get converted into tickets (refer to manual)

Update categorization on all tickets

Close tickets that are based on e-mails that have been handled

Run the Excel reports application by pressing the statistics button in the Folder HelpDesk Outlook toolbar
