Biz Solutions 365 Premium Subscription

The Premium Subscription level gives your organization its own Premium copy of the product(s) you wish to use. By designing a special copy, we can give several extra features to Premium subscribers that are not possible with the standard products.

The Premium copy is updated every time the standard version is updated, and it is downloaded from a protected site.

The subscription is valid for the whole company or organization. There is no extra fee per user or installation.

For organizations with closed networks, the Premium subscription is the only option. The lower subscription levels require a connection to the bizsolutions365.com server for registration control and Excel reports, but with the special Premium copy we can avoid that.

The subscription gives the right to use the bizsolutions365.com solution as long as the subscription fee is paid. The subscription can be cancelled at any time by the subscribing organization, but then the organization may no longer use the bizsolutions365.com solution licensed to the organization and it will stop functioning.

VIP treatment in all contacts. We consider requests from all Subscribers, but we listen extra carefully to Premium Subscribers. And a Premium Subscriber with a problem will be assisted with highest priority.

Organizational licenses for all bizsolutions365.com Solutions requested by the Premium organization.

Direct contact with our CEO and Systems Designer, if so requested.

On request, the Premium copy can have the Premium organization logo on the major forms

No registration is necessary, as the registration module is removed in the Premium copy. Because of this, the Premium copies can be used in closed environments.

Unlimited number of users within the Premium organization for all bizsolutions365.com products.

Support and free upgrades for all the bizsolutions365.com products used by the Premium organization.

By default, the Excel reports included in most bizsolutions365.com products are downloaded from a bizsolutions365.com server. On request, we can instead provide an Excel Report web site package, to be hosted on a local server, and make the Premium copy point to the local server URL.

Where applicable and on request, Premium subscribers have the right to receive PowerShell scripts for automated installation, configuration and upgrade of multiple installations.

Premium subscribers who want to have the security of owning the source code may purchase the source code for the bizsolutions365.com Solution(s) they use for a one time payment of EUR 5000 / USD 6000 per product. The source code will be updated each time the product is updated, as long as the organization is a Premium Subscriber.

EUR 4800 / USD 7200 per year

Payments can be made with credit card or with a transfer to our Swedish bank account. A renewal invoice will be sent each year for as long as you wish to keep the subscription. Please contact our Sales Department for an invoice with payment details.

Monthly Payments

EUR 400/USD 600 per month + a one-time payment of USD 2200

The subscription fee is taken from your credit card every month. We will send you an invoice for the one-time payment, and it must be paid before we deliver any Premium copy. The one-time payment can be made with credit card via PayPal or with a transfer to our bank account.

Delivery

When you have made your first payment we will send you a welcoming e-mail with information. Answer it with your logo attached or linked to, and tell us what product(s) you want to use and who is the responsible person(s) at your organization. We need maximum two weeks for your register free copy with your logo.

Conditions

You have the right to receive Premium Licenses of all our products, but we suggest that you don’t request them all at one time. Each product requires a learning period, so we recommend that your organization takes one step at a time. (Some of our Premium subscribers only use one product and have chosen the Premium level for the other benefits.)

bizsolutions365.com Business Solutions requests a name and an e-mail address for one contact person per bizsolutions365.com product. This may be the same person, but for support and information we need to know who is responsible for each of our products within the Premium organization.

The subscription gives the Premium organization the right to use its unique Organizational versions of all bizsolutions365.com software as long as the subscription fee is paid. The subscription can be cancelled at any time by the Premium organization.
