The Single edition of TimeCard creates a “” folder under Program files, and within it the folder “TimeCard Single”, to where it installs the program files.

An Access database for storage of data will be created in a “My TimeCards” folder under (My) Documents when the settings are saved for the first time.

Download the .exe-file

Download the .zip-file

If you have problems downloading an .exe-file you can try this alternative, which downloads a .zip-file.

When you open the Outlook calendar again after the installation, the TimeCard settings main screen is displayed and you will be asked if you want to create example data.

If you say no to create example data, you have to add at least one tag value in the settings before you can start using TimeCard. You may very well write or paste your own values into the TimeCard settings.

TimeCard adds two new groups to the Outlook ribbon. The group in the left image above, with the Configure, Report and Statistics buttons, is shown in the Outlook calendar when no appointment is selected.

When you select an appointment in the calendar view, the group to the left will be replaced by the group to the right, where you can see the dropdowns with your tag values. That way you can tag appointments without even opening them. The ribbon group to the right is also shown in the open appointment.
