How do I clear the Access database of data?
The easiest way is to delete the database and create a new one. Please follow these steps:
Step 1–4 should be performed by an administrator.
Open the shared folder where the TimeCard database is placed.
Delete the database file TimeCard3.mdb.
Open Outlook. Now the TimeCard Sharing Options dialog will be shown, and you can select to create a new Access database.
Each user must now select the new database by opening Outlook and select it in the TimeCard Sharing Options dialog, which will be displayed automatically.
Open the folder My TimeCards under (My) Documents.
Delete the file TimeCard3.mdb.
Open Outlook and TimeCard will create a new Access database.
