Views: is it possible to allow managers to see all tickets in their department?

Q: Is it possible to allow managers to see all tickets in their department? From what I saw, it looks like everyone can see all tickets, so all I would need to do is to write a view that sorted by departments – is this correct? 

A: You can create any kind of Outlook View – including the one you described – and it will show up in the list with all the others.
