Q: Is it possible to allow managers to see all tickets in their department? From what I saw, it looks like everyone can see all tickets, so all I would need to do is to write a view that sorted by departments â is this correct?Â
A: You can create any kind of Outlook View â including the one you described â and it will show up in the list with all the others.Â
