Time stamps: The time changes when I edit a ticket.

In Folder HelpDesk you might see two dates, Creation date and Received date. 

In the ticket form, the creation date is added automatically. The creation day will always be the same. 

In the Outlook view, you may have the received date, which is default in Outlook. The received date is updated to the current time whenever the ticket is saved, and that is done by Outlook itself. 

What you should include in the Outlook view is the Creation date, which will remain constant.
