Responsible helpdesk staff: Can I assign a default Responsible for each caller?

Yes, you can. In the Folder HelpDesk Settings , Callers tab, you can assign a default Responsible for each caller. Select a Responsible for the caller, and that name will be automatically filled out in all tickets from that caller.
