This error message is due to a problem with a MDAC component. The problem could be that it is not properly registered or that it is corrupt. First try register it again by Start > Run > type regsvr32 DAOXXX.dll
The XXX is for the version number, which can be found at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO
If that does not help, download latest MDAC component from Microsoft.com https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5793 and make an upgrade.
