E-mail sent to the collection address is not moving to the Helpdesk box in a timely manner.
It probably has to do with Folder HelpDesk not running. The application should be running in the Outlook folder (by any of your users) all the time.
Folder HelpDesk can very well be run in a separate window. Right-click on the Folder HelpDesk Outlook folder and select “Open in new Window”. Outlook supports having multiple Explorer windows open.
