For the conversion to take place, one of the users must have the Folder HelpDesk Outlook folder open. It may very well be opened in a separate window, so that users can work with other things in Outlook as well.Â
To open a folder in a new window, right click it and select Open in New window.

If you want conversion all the time, you can install Folder HelpDesk on a server, select the Folder HelpDesk Outlook folder and leave it running.
