OLEDB or ODBC error

Error Description:”Cannot connect to the data source ‘[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified;IM002’.” 

Error Reason: “MS Access Database” User DNS is not configured on the user’s machine. 

This error can occur with these applications: Folder HelpDeskTimeCard,E-mail Converter and Calendar Browser 

Resolution: To configure a User DNS for the MS Access Database, follow the steps below:

1. Open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC) >User DNS tab.

2. Click on the Add button.
3. You will now get a list of available Data Sources. Select “Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.acccdb)” and click Finish.

4. You will now be asked to enter Data Source Name. Give “MS Access Database” as data source name.

5. Click OK after adding Data Source Name.
