Move: how do I migrate Calendar Browser to a new server?
The person who performs the steps must be owner of the Outlook Calendar Browser folder and have read/write permission on the Calendar Browser network folder
Please follow this process to move Calendar Browser to a new server.
Copy all Calendar Browser files to the new server location
Delete or rename the old Calendar Browser network folder
Restart Outlook
Now the Calendar Browser Client cannot find the Calendar Browsernetwork folder, so it will show a button to browse to it.
Browse to the new Calendar Browser network folder to set the new path
Now the new path is automatically set to all other client PCs, but they need to restart their Outlook.
