About Calendar Browser

Book Resources by Making Appointments in the Outlook Calendar

Calendar Browser stores resources in a public folder or direct booking mailbox calendars and users book them via their Outlook calendars. Each resource has its calendar, and to book a resource, you simply make an appointment in the calendar of that resource.

Calendar Browser by BizSolutions365 lets Microsoft 365 users schedule meetings or Webex personal room meetings directly from Microsoft Outlook, in any browser. The Calendar Browser invite shows the meeting details with a joining link. Let all employees search among the resources and book what they need, or let a reception or booking service use Calendar Browser.

Calendar Browser is fully integrated into the Outlook calendar. Additional services like catering services, conference material, or IT equipment can be ordered additionally. You may also tie each booked resource to a project (or a person, unit, customer, etc.).

Calendar Sharing

Send Emails from Folder HelpDesk.

There are templates for various automatic emails, for example, when a ticket is created or a case is closed, and you can also send email answers and messages manually from inside the ticket.

Calendar Sharing

Calendar Browser can be used with all Outlook calendars and with personal calendars. Therefore you may share personal calendars in the Calendar Browser. Thanks to the group calendars, you don’t have to mix resource calendars and personal calendars when you are using Calendar Browser for both booking and calendar sharing.
